SAMPLES

Do you need samples? That's easy – call us or fill out the form in the Contact Us section. We will promptly send you some samples by courier, anywhere in North America. Allow 2 weeks for delivery of custom samples, or 1 week for the Antik and Unik collections.

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY

We care about our environmental footprint. That is why, except for the imported Mafi Collection and Shou Sugi Ban Collection whose technologies are unique, our wood species all come from North America, and the processing and oiling stages all take place at our Canadian plant. Our floors are tough, get even more beautiful with the passage of time, have a 100% natural finish, and are 100% biodegradable. They help clean your living space and are easy to maintain with 100% biodegradable detergents and no-sanding re-oiling. Do you need advice on how to keep them beautiful from day to day? We offer customize training for cleaning crews or turnkey maintenance plans.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Logistics is also very important and should not create headaches. When an order is received, a purchase order is generated and a deposit is requested to start production. A tentative delivery date is then scheduled. When the order is ready to be delivered, a final delivery date is determined and the transportation method is selected. As simple as that!
